Terms of Use
Iris is distributed through the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). By installing or using Iris you agree to these terms. On iOS, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, Apple’s agreement governs on iOS.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Iris on phones and tablets you own or control. You may not copy, modify, resell, or redistribute the app, its looks, or its packs, and you may not reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits.
Your photos
Your photos are yours. Iris processes them on your device, claims no rights over them, and never receives them. The details are in the privacy policy.
Iris Pro
Iris Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through your App Store or Google Play account. It includes the full look library, the signature optics, and look packs delivered over the air. It renews until you cancel in your store’s subscription settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access for the period already paid. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Refunds are handled by the store: reportaproblem.apple.com on iPhone, or your Google Play order history on Android.
Warranty and liability
Iris is provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumer law gives you in your country.
Termination
This license ends if you breach these terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
